How To Get Your Tag

At Pahapesto Guiding Service, our hunts are conducted on Rosebud Sioux Tribe land. Tribal tags are obtained through a drawing process from the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Game, Fish, & Parks. This drawing normally opens in May. To apply, you can either call the RSTGFP office or apply on the Rstgfp.net website. There will be a specified drawing date and you will receive an email if you are successful in the draw. You will then be required to call the RSTGFP office to “claim“ your tag and pay for it. 

We are certified tribal guides through the Rosebud Sioux Tribe. This gives us access to over half a million acres of prime hunting land. Below is the key information and application process for tribal tags.

• There will be a second drawing for unclaimed tags
• After the second draw, there will be a date to call in for leftover tags. This date is TBA. Continue calling until you get through. 
• Important to keep in touch with us or the RSTGFP to ensure you do not miss these dates
• No preference points, completely random draw
